Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to lead a brand-new pediatric therapy clinic across PT, OT, or SLP disciplines. You will shape the site, recruit and mentor the team, and establish relationships with local referral partners while leveraging Ivy Health’s infrastructure for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Proof of current state licensure as PT/OT/SLP in the respective state.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
