Job summary

Ivy Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a new pediatric therapy clinic from the ground up. You will oversee operations, guide a multidisciplinary team, and ensure highest-quality patient care while cultivating local partnerships.

You will join a structure that provides extensive support from Ivy Health, with mentorship, shared resources, and equity-building opportunities while maintaining autonomy aligned with your clinical passion.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as PT/OT/SLP required.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and support clinical/non-clinical teams.
• Provide individualized patient care and treatment plans.
• Build equity in your clinic and lead community outreach.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams for growth and compliance.
