Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner (PT, OT, or SLP license required) to build a new clinic from the ground up, from market choice to team culture and patient experience, with Ivy’s established business systems and leadership support.

You will recruit and lead the clinical and non‑clinical teams, establish local partnerships, drive community outreach, and guide responsible growth using Ivy Health’s real estate, operations, and technology resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure as PT/OT or SLP.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinic operations and support clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Open and grow a start-up clinic with Ivy's systems.
• Build relationships with local medical professionals and referral partners.
• Lead the clinic team and shape patient experience.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams across departments.
