Job summary

Central Oregon Pediatric Associates (COPA) seeks a Patient Services Representative to support all clinics in Bend. You’ll greet patients, handle scheduling, registrations, insurance verification, and EMR documentation with warmth and professionalism.

Work is 7:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, at multiple COPA sites. The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, accurate data entry, and collaborative teamwork to ensure a welcoming, family-friendly patient experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience required, clerical experience in clinical setting preferred.
• Epic EMR experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while greeting patients, managing calls, and creating a welcoming clinic experience
• Accurately handle patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and EMR documentation
• Coordinate communication across departments to support smooth daily clinic operations
• Manage administrative tasks including scanning, forms, payments, audits, and patient portal support
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards while supporting workflow, problem-solving, and team training
