Job summary

Achieve Beyond seeks a Fee For Service, Hourly Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve children with ASD across Westchester County. The role involves assessments, design of intervention plans, and data-driven program adjustments with direct caregiver involvement.

Expect 10% supervisor duties and ongoing collaboration with families and staff. The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and BCBA/LBA credentials, plus at least one year of ABA supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in (Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, Psychology).
• BCBA and LBA credentials required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher supervision.
• Must be self-motivated, team player, patient and professional.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to create goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists and give performance feedback while ensuring program integrity.
• Clinically review session notes and analyze data for program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize data.
• Maintain communication with parents, therapists, and the Achieve Beyond office.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
• Ensure programs are socially significant and lead to independence.
