Job summary

Achieve Beyond seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Northern Nassau County team. The role focuses on ASD assessments, designing behavior plans, supervision of therapists, and data-driven program adjustments across home, clinic, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for ABA and working with children, families and therapists.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field and BCBA/LBA credentials.
• Minimum of one year of ABA supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and partner with caregivers to set goals and plans.
• Design and oversee behavior intervention plans.
• Create observable, measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide direct supervision of therapists and give performance feedback.
• Review session notes and analyze data to drive program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with active caregiver involvement.
• Conduct reassessments twice yearly and summarize progress for clients.
