Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Maryland is hiring a full-time BCBA/LBA supervisor to assess children with ASD, set meaningful goals with caregivers, and design behavior intervention plans.

You will provide supervision of therapists, review notes, analyze data, and ensure programs are effective and child-centered. Travel to cases is required and collaboration with families is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA and LBA certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA client/teacher supervision.
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and able to maintain professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers to implement.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists assigned to cases, with behavior skills training and feedback while ensuring program integrity.
• Clinically review session notes regularly for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants through goals, training, and communication.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize data and progress for each client supervised.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, therapists, and the Achieve Beyond office.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure programs are socially significant, functional, and lead to independence and happiness.
