Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support pediatric therapy services across Kent County and surrounding areas. The role requires BCBA/LBA credentials, a Master’s degree in a related field, and prior ABA supervision experience.

You will work with children with ASD and coordinate with families to implement effective behavioral plans. As part of a collaborative team, you will travel to various cases in the Dover area, conduct assessments, supervise therapists,

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA are required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA supervision experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to set goals and plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans and measurable goals for staff and families.
• Provide direct supervision of therapists (at least 10%) and offer feedback while ensuring program integrity.
• Review session notes regularly and analyze data to drive program changes.
• Ensure confidentiality in line with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
• Communicate with parents, therapists, and office staff regularly.
• Strive for socially significant, functional programs promoting independence.
