Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support pediatric therapy across Union, Passaic and Essex counties in New Jersey. The role includes assessments, behavior plans, and supervising therapy teams.

This full-time position requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, plus at least one year of supervision. Travel to cases is required, with HIPAA compliance and confidentiality emphasized.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher supervision.
• Excellent organizational, teamwork, patience and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and collaborate with caregivers on goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists and give performance feedback.
• Review session notes and ensure clinical integrity of programs.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with caregiver involvement and training.
• Conduct reassessments twice per year and summarize progress for clients.
