Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for fee-for-service, hourly or full-time roles across Suffolk County. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design intervention plans, and supervise therapists to ensure evidence-based, data-driven care for children with ASD.

The role requires a Master's degree in a relevant field and BCBA/LBA certification, with strong communication with families and clinical leadership.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in (Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, Psychology).
• BCBA and LBA required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and develop goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create observable, measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide supervision of behavior therapists (minimum 10%).
• Review session notes and analyze data for program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers participate in therapy.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
