Job summary

Achieve Beyond seeks BCBA-certified professionals to provide ABA services to children with ASD across multiple settings, including home and clinic. The role involves designing and supervising individualized programs, while collaborating with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field and be BCBA/LBA certified, with prior supervision experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA certification required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and exercise patience/professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional specific, observable, and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers to implement.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists assigned to cases, incorporating behavioral skills training and feedback.
• Review session notes for assigned therapists and ensure clinical integrity of programs.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in therapy.
