Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring a Fee For Service, Hourly BCBA to serve children with autism and related needs across Northern Virginia and the Metro DC area. The role includes conducting assessments, designing and supervising behavior programs, and ensuring data-driven decisions with caregivers and therapists.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in a relevant field, BCBA and LBA credentials, and at least one year of ABA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for ABA and working with children, families, and therapists.

Responsibilities

• Assess children with ASD and work with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision with feedback while safeguarding program integrity.
• Review session notes for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with caregiver involvement and clear communication.
• Reassess clients at least twice per year and summarize progress.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and team; HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure programs are socially significant and lead to independence.
