Job summary

Achieve Beyond seeks a part-time BCBA/LBA to provide pediatric ABA services across Maryland. You will assess children with ASD, design and supervise behavior plans, and collaborate with caregivers to achieve meaningful, measurable progress.

The role involves data-driven decisions, regular progress reviews, and strict confidentiality. Candidates must hold a Master's in a relevant field and be BCBA/LBA certified, with at least one year of supervision experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for ABA and working with children, families, and therapists.
• BCBA and LBA are REQUIRED.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills; be a team player and patient.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavior therapists with feedback while ensuring program integrity.
• Clinically review session notes for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with caregiver participation.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, therapists, and Achieve Beyond office.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure programs are socially significant, functional, and promote independence.
