Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to develop treatment plans for skill development and behavior reduction.
• Analyze data to determine function of problem behaviors.
• Define target behaviors and design data collection systems.
• Apply ABA strategies to reduce problem behaviors and increase replacement behaviors.
• Train and supervise staff and families on the behavior support plan.
• Supervise RBTs per BACB guidelines.
• Review progress notes and monitor behavior data.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
• Collaborate with treatment team and external professionals.
