Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs for pediatric clients with autism. You will perform assessments, design treatment plans, and guide RBTs with fidelity across clinic, home, and community settings.

The position requires a Master’s degree, active BCBA certification, and experience in pediatric ABA. Collaboration with schools and healthcare professionals is essential, with a flexible hybrid workflow.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology or related field is required.
• BCBA certification and state licensing requirements for Arizona (COBA) must be active.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with the capacity to manage flexible hybrid workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: conduct behavioral and skill-level assessments to identify strengths and needs.
• Treatment Planning: develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focused on communication, social, self-help and daily living skills.
• Supervision & Oversight: supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity and ethical compliance.
• Progress Monitoring & Data Analysis: review data, track progress, and adjust plans as children develop.
• Family & Caregiver Collaboration: lead parent meetings, provide training, ensure consistency across home and community.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: collaborate with schools and healthcare professionals to support the child in learning environments.
