Job summary

MDS Staffing seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for pediatric clients with autism. You will conduct assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and therapists to ensure ethical delivery across settings.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare professionals to implement effective interventions at clinic, home, and community sites, driving meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active, in-good-standing BCBA certification issued by the BACB with any Arizona COBA requirements.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a flexible hybrid workflow spanning clinic, home, and community visits.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and evaluations to identify strengths, targets, and developmental needs.
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focused on communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity and ethical compliance.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as children develop.
• Collaborate with families to provide training and reinforce strategies at home and in the community.
• Coordinate with schools and healthcare professionals to support the child across environments.
