Job summary

SOM-Peds-CAY Registered Behavior Techs is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to assess, develop and monitor ABA-based treatment plans for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in clinic, home, and community settings. The BCBA will supervise RBTs and family members, analyze data, and ensure effective behavior support plans are implemented.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification and Mississippi license required.
• Experience in ABA with children with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to develop treatment plans for skill development and behavior reduction.
• Analyze data to determine function of problem behaviors.
• Define target behaviors in measurable terms and design data collection systems.
• Implement and monitor behavior support plans across settings; supervise RBTs and families.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers; train staff on plan implementation.
• Collaborate with treatment team including clients, families, and outside professionals.
