Job summary

Behavioral Concepts is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Our clinicians commit to person-centered, assent-based care and partner with parents to nurture each child’s school and life potential.

You will oversee and support a team, mentor technicians, write reports, and participate in ongoing training, while using data-driven decisions to guide teaching procedures.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher.
• BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal).

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment and ensure program directives are implemented.
