Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will supervise clinicians, mentor BTs, and deliver person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification or exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Licensure/registration as required to provide behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings.
• Ensure safety of clients and others involved in each case.
