RRD is seeking a Managing Director, Private Equity to lead strategic relationships with PE Operating Partners, Portfolio Operations leaders, and Value Creation directors. This senior role focuses on an account-based selling approach to secure MSAs and expand RRD’s services across portfolio companies, driving EBITDA growth.

The role emphasizes understanding PE financial objectives and tailoring RRD’s consulting assessments to create enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Proven understanding of PE financial metrics: EBITDA, IRR, multiples.
• Ability to map services to PE financial objectives.
• Experience in low-volume, high-trust account-based selling.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage PE stakeholders across funds and portfolio companies.
• Navigate MSAs and PE procurement processes to secure agreements.
• Expand RRD footprint across PortCos and cross-sell services.
• Lead with early assessments to build long-term relationships and value.
