Top Echelon Software, LLC. in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, on-site day shifts. The role emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, strong teamwork, and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active MT RN licensure or equivalent; compact/endorsement eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for hemodynamically stable or variably unstable PCU patients.
• Care for diverse adult population including post-procedural and complex surgical cases.
• Monitor & intervene to prevent clinical deterioration.
• Operate and manage advanced medical equipment (arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, tubes, short-term ventilation).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge planning.
• Serve as clinical floor leader, mentoring staff (LPNs, CNAs, and others).
