Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site position in Great Falls, Montana. The role serves a dedicated clinical team with supportive leadership and excellent nurse-to-patient ratios.

Ideal candidates will have post-graduate experience in an advanced Medical/Surgical unit with recent Critical Care or PCU/Stepdown exposure, and hold BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. A BSN is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Montana or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; EPNC and TNCC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized, direct nursing care to hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients on an advanced medical/surgical and stepdown unit.
• Manage a broad and diverse patient population, including pre/post-PCI care and complex surgical cases.
• Utilize assessment tools to monitor for deteriorating conditions and stabilize patients.
• Operate and manage advanced medical equipment (arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, etc.).
• Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission through discharge planning.
• Act as a clinical floor leader, precepting new staff and supporting LPNs and CNAs.
