Job summary
Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a dedicated Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, strong teamwork, and a supportive clinical environment.
You will deliver direct care on a medical/surgical stepdown unit and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient patient progress. The position requires ADN with RN Montana license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and recent PCU/ICU
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; ADN required; BSN preferred.
- Active Montana RN license (or immediate compact/endorsement).
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or must be obtained within 6 months). EPNC/TNCC preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized, direct nursing care to PCU patients.
- Manage diverse patient population including post-procedure care scenarios.
- Monitor and stabilize deteriorating clinical conditions.
- Operate and manage advanced medical equipment (arterial lines, chest tubes, vents).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge planning.
- Provide floor leadership and precept new staff and support to ancillary teams.
