Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse in Great Falls, MT for a full-time, on-site role with day shifts. The RN will deliver direct patient care on a PCU/stepdown unit within a supportive clinical team.

Required are MT RN licensure (or compact), BLS/ACLS/PALS, and recent PCU/ICU exposure. Pediatric experience is a plus and professional development is encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active MT RN licensure or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Recent Critical Care (ICU) or PCU/Stepdown experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience desired.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on a PCU/stepdown unit.
• Care for diverse patient populations including pre/post-PCI care and complex surgical cases.
• Monitor and respond to deteriorating conditions with assessment and intervention.
• Operate advanced medical equipment (arterial/central lines, chest tubes, ventilatory support).
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge planning.
• Precept and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff.
