Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, Montana. The position emphasizes strong nurse-to-patient ratios, supportive administration, and teamwork in a clinical setting.

The RN will care for hemodynamics-stable to unstable patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor staff on the floor. BLS/ACLS/PALS active or within 6 months; BSN preferred; Montana RN license required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN license or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• Core certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS required (or within 6 months). EPNC/TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients on a PCU/stepdown unit.
• Manage diverse patient population including pre/post-PCI and complex surgical cases.
