Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, MT. You will join a dedicated clinical team in a supportive environment with favorable nurse-to-patient ratios.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in Montana and have recent PCU/ICU experience, with BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Montana.
Post-graduate clinical practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical unit with ICU or PCU/Stepdown experience.
Active RN licensure in Montana; BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required; EPNC/TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to stable or predictably unstable PCU patients.
Care for pre/post-PCI, pacemaker placements, and complex surgical cases.
Monitor and stabilize evolving clinical conditions with telemetry and devices.
Operate arterial/central lines, chest tubes, and other critical equipment.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge planning.
Precept and support LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff on the floor.
