Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse for a full-time, on-site position in Great Falls, Montana. The role supports a specialized clinical team with favorable nurse-to-patient ratios and a strong culture of teamwork.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care for patients on a stepdown unit, post-PCI care, device management, discharge planning, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program; ADN required, BSN preferred.
• Active Montana RN license or endorsement eligibility.
• Core certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; EPNC/TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for PCU patients, including stable and unstable cases.
• Manage post-PCI care, pacemakers, revascularization and other complex conditions.
• Monitor for deterioration and intervene using telemetry and clinical assessment.
• Operate arterial/central lines, chest tubes, drains, and ventilatory support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge planning.
• Precept and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff on the floor.
