Essenti Talent is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, MT. The position emphasizes strong nurse-to-patient ratios and a collaborative, compassionate clinical environment.

Responsibilities include direct care on a PCU/stepdown, post-PCI care, device management, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team from admission to discharge. Requires Montana RN license; BLS/ACLS/PALS certs required or obtained within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Montana RN license or eligible for endorsement.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required or obtained within 6 months; TNCC/EPNC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to PCU/stepdown patients.
• Manage post-PCI care, pacemaker considerations, and complex surgical cases.
• Monitor and respond to deteriorating conditions using telemetry and equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge.
• Precept new staff and support LPNs and CNAs.
