Job summary

RTX is seeking an engineer to communicate PCB/CCA design manufacturability, support product development with manufacturability tools, and generate standard notes and data packages for PreCAD. You will collaborate with design teams and suppliers, serve as SME during supplier transitions, and support multiple programs in a fast-paced, travel-inclusive environment.

The role requires a STEM degree and experience leading cross-functional projects, with strong MS Office skills and proactive SME

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects, with the ability to multi-task and establish schedules based on priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Self-starter who actively engages with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate technical knowledge regarding PCB/CCA design and manufacturability.
• Support product development by applying tools to predict manufacturability before design commitment.
• Create PCB/CCA standard notes and PreCAD data packages.
• Collaborate with design stakeholders and fabrication/assembly suppliers.
• Act as SME for product transitions between suppliers and provide process support as needed.
• Work in integrated product development teams to execute tasks and deliver high-quality work products.
