Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH seeks compassionate PCAs for part-time shifts across days, evenings and nights. You will deliver resident care in a warm, home-like setting, assisting with daily activities and reporting health changes to staff.

Required CNA/HHA/LNA license; prior skilled nursing or dementia experience is desirable. Benefits include holidays, meal discounts, training, 401k, health plans, tuition assistance, and PTO.

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed

$20-$21.25/HR

As a PCA, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
