Job summary

Benchmark at Rye is seeking compassionate LNAs/PCAs/Experienced Caregivers to join our team in Rye, NH. The positions pay $20-$21.25 per hour with shifts 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a. No licensure required, and PCA training is provided.

As a community associate, you will deliver care in a warm, home-like environment and have access to a broad benefits package including holidays, meal program, paid training, 401k with company match, health benefits, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA training available.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

No licensure required. Experienced Caregivers will be provided the PCA Course!
