Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH is seeking compassionate LNAs, PCAs and experienced caregivers to join our team. Your main role will be to deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment, supporting daily activities and emotional well-being.

No licensure required for experienced caregivers, with PCA course provided. This role offers 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities with hourly pay of $20 to $21.25, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Apply customer service skills to ensure high-quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Benchmark at Rye is looking for compassionate LNAs/PCAs/Experienced Caregivers to join our team!

$20-21.25/HR 2nd shift and 3rd shifts

No licensure required. Experienced Caregivers will be provided the PCA Course!

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or Caregiver Experience
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
