Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Concord, NH is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team full-time on all shifts. You will help residents with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and provide emotional support in a warm, home-like environment.

Training is provided; prior experience in skilled nursing or dementia care is preferred but not required. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, person-centered care and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required; training provided if not held.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care provided and reporting health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate PCA to join our team, full time all shifts! As a Personal Care Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

PCA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required. No certification? No problem! We will train the right person.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
