Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our Rye, NH team. Part-time opportunities available for day, evening, and night shifts (6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a) with pay of $20–$21.25/hour.

As a PCA, you will deliver care in a warm, home-like setting and support residents with daily living activities. Requirements include a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license and prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living environment is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed

As a PCA your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
