Job summary

Benchmark Rye is seeking compassionate LNAs/PCAs to join our caregiving team in Rye, New Hampshire. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care in a warm, home-like environment across multiple shifts.

Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and supporting residents with dementia. Competitive hourly pay is offered with comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• CNA/LNA license preferred; PCA training available.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service to ensure compassionate care.

$20-$21.25/HR

Days 6a-2p

Evenings 2p-10p

Nights 10p-6a

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA/PCA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HCA/LNA license preferred; PCA training available
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
