Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Concord, NH is seeking compassionate LNA/HHA/PCAs to join our team, delivering quality care in a warm, home-like environment. Roles are available across full-time days/evenings and part-time options, with opportunities to grow within the community.

You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health changes, and support engaging activities while maintaining high standards of safety and empathy. Training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required; training available for the right candidate.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Full Time Days Evenings 3p-11p

Part Time Days 7a-3p Evenings 3p-11p or Nights 11p-7a

PCA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required. No certification? No problem! We will train the right person.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
