Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living at Rye is seeking caring PCAs to join our award-winning memory care community on the Seacoast. We offer day, evening, and night shifts with competitive hourly rates and comprehensive benefits.

As a dedicated community associate, you will deliver compassionate care in a warm, home-like environment, assisting with daily living activities and engaging residents in meaningful activities while reporting changes to the team.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia care is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Full Time Opportunities!

Days 6a-2p

Evenings 2p-10p

Nights 10p-6a

Rates: $20-21.25/HR

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
