Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH is seeking compassionate PCAs/LNAs to join our team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like environment, with shifts including days, evenings, and nights at $20–$21.25 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and reporting changes to staff. CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA training available.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA training available
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA/PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA training available
