Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's Nashua Crossings is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join the team. You will provide resident care in a warm, home-like setting and support daily activities during the night shift from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, and engaging residents with meaningful activities while delivering compassionate, high-quality service. Night shift benefits and paid training are included.

Qualifications

• Compassionate PCA to join a warm, home-like environment.
• Experience in helping with ADLs is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high-quality care.

Nashua Crossings is looking for compassionate PCA to join our team! As a Personal Care Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time Nights 10p-6a

$19.50-$20.25/HR

PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or training available
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
