Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living Nashua Crossings is seeking a compassionate PCA to join our team on a part-time basis across all shifts. The role delivers care in a warm, home-like environment with daily 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a shifts.

Requirements include a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license; prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience is preferred but not required; dementia experience is desired. Benefits include holidays, meal discounts, training, uniforms, 401k with match, medical/vision/dental,

• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.

Part Time Opportunities on All Shifts

Days 6a-2p; Evenings 2p-10p; Nights 10p-6a

$19.50-$20.25/HR

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
