Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH is excited to add HHAs to our memory care community. You will deliver compassionate care to residents in a warm, home-like setting.

Shifts include days 6a-2p, evenings 2p-10p, and nights 10p-6a, with pay rates of $20–$21.25 per hour. A valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience is required, with preference for those who have worked in skilled nursing or assisted living and dementia care.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Full Time Opportunities!

• Days 6a-2p
• Evenings 2p-10p
• Nights 10p-6a
• Rates: $20-21.25/HR

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
