Job summary

Role

Personal Care Aide providing essential in-home caregiving services.

Responsibilities

Follow care plans, complete daily tasks via EVV or electronic timesheets, assist clients with self-help, and deliver basic personal care including bathing, grooming, ambulation, meal prep (including special diets), feeding, oral hygiene, and use of mobility equipment. Maintain a safe, clean environment, respect client confidentiality, and report any concerns or changes in condition to supervisors. Support clients with light household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and grocery shopping. Ensure safety precautions and infection control are followed, and assist only within the scope of practice, including supporting medication self-administration without direct medication administration.

High school diploma preferred; ability to read and write required. At least 6 months of validated caregiving experience; must be 18 or older.
