Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks a Personal Care Aide to provide in-home care for clients in North Carolina. You will follow care plans, complete tasks via EVV, assist with bathing, grooming, ambulation, meals, transfers and use of equipment, and maintain a safe, clean home.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred), at least 6 months of validated caregiving experience, are 18 or older, and demonstrate confidentiality and clear communication while supporting client independence at
Personal Care Aide responsible for providing in-home care to clients.
Follow client care plans, complete daily tasks via EVV or electronic timesheets, assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, ambulation, meal prep, feeding, oral hygiene, transfers, and use of special equipment), encourage client self-help, maintain a safe and clean environment, notify staff of changes in client condition, respect client privacy, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
High School diploma preferred, with at least 6 months of validated caregiving experience. Must be 18 or older.
Ability to provide basic personal care, utilize safety precautions, communicate effectively, respect confidentiality, and assist with medication management (only with supervision). Must be attentive to client limitations and notify staff of any concerns or issues.
