Job summary

MEP Health seeks a Personal Care Aide to provide in-home care services for clients in North Carolina. You will follow client care plans, perform daily tasks, and document activities using EVV or electronic timesheets.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and adherence to safety, infection control, and privacy standards. You will support light housekeeping and observe changes in client condition.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred; ability to read and write required.
• At least 6 months of validated caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide compassionate, quality care while respecting client boundaries and safety protocols.
