Job summary

White Rock Medical Center is seeking an Entry Level PBX Associate to assist the PBX helpdesk and IT support. The role is 60% PBX and 40% IT Helpdesk, requiring a friendly, learn-fast attitude and dependable work ethic. Availability includes weekends and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities include answering and routing calls, emergency communications, and basic IT troubleshooting with guidance. Candidates should have a healthcare environment background and a high school diploma, with HIPAA

Qualifications

• 1 year working in a healthcare environment with PBX switchboard.
• 6 months experience entry level IT Helpdesk role.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route to correct department or extension.
• Conduct emergency communication to Fire and emergency response units.
• Document IT issues and assist with troubleshooting under guidance.
• Prioritize calls to the CODE phone.
• Train on the PBX system and existing VoIP platform.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
