Qualifications

• 1 year working in a healthcare environment with PBX switchboard.
• 6 months experience entry level IT Helpdesk role.
• GED or High School diploma; Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route to correct dept or extension.
• Conduct emergency communication to Fire and emergency response units.
• Document IT issues and troubleshoot with guidance.
• Prioritize CODE phone calls over other calls.
• Train on PBX system and VoIP platform.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
