Job summary

Auris is looking for a Payroll Territory Manager to prospect, present, and close payroll solutions for small to mid-sized businesses across the region. You will train Payroll Client Advisors and collaborate with the Payroll Division Manager to optimize the sales process.

During training you’ll learn the tablet-based Salesforce CRM for lead gen, proposals, and contract processing. After training, you’ll set your own schedule to maximize residuals and compensation opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building.
  • Valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
  • Live in area relative to posting location and be in the field 50% of the time.

Job Summary

Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Payroll Territory Manager (PTM), you will report to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM). Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Salesforce CRM, upselling current clients on other Auris products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the PDM. Additionally, the PTM is responsible for training and coaching Payroll Client Advisor, who report to them.

Your role as the PTM is to close sales of our business solutions with clients throughout the area. You will work closely with your local PDM to set appointments with business owners over the phone, face to face, through your network, and via referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs and present Auris payroll solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.

During the training period, your PDM will accompany you on your initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our tablet-based CRM platform, Salesforce, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing. You will also accompany Payroll Client Advisors on their initial appointments to train. After training you will have the opportunity to set up your own work schedule to maximize the upside of the residuals on the business you bring in.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for prospecting new clients into our Payroll/HCM services realm
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Salesforce.
  • Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WIN
  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
  • Attend weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with leader
  • Responsible for training and coaching Payroll Client Advisors, who report to them
  • Provide status updates to reporting PDM
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check
  • Must live in area relative to job posting location
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
  • Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
  • Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
  • Ability to be in the field 50% of the time

  • We're not messing around with compensation. A first-year professional may expect an average of $90,000 - $105,000+ if you are in the top 25% in the form of uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
