CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC is seeking a Client Engagement Consultant to support our Talent Solutions - HR Systems & Payroll (HRSP) practice. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering payroll implementation solutions.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams through sales and implementation, managing client activities, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years payroll or HCM experience required.
• CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Strong understanding of HCM/payroll.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and stakeholders through sales and implementation processes.
• Manage new client activities related to payroll implementation.
• Oversee handoff to payroll processing team.
• Manage project timelines and milestones for on-schedule completion.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation.
• Document implementation processes and system customizations.
