Job summary

Fairygodboss is seeking a Payroll Support Representative in El Paso, Texas, to assist clients with payroll and tax inquiries. This role focuses on providing solutions to help clients navigate various payroll applications like WFN and PayX.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of payroll processing experience along with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and solid verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience required.
• Basic knowledge of payroll tax deposits, filings, principles, and wage and hour laws.
• Working knowledge of WFN (Portal), PR Module, HR Module, and TA Module.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions regarding applications.
• Provide application/navigation support and assist with client data maintenance.
• Assist clients with payroll processing inquiries and issues.

Education
