Job summary

Fairygodboss is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist located in El Paso, Texas. In this role, you will create exceptional onboarding experiences for clients and implement ADP's technologies, ensuring clients are set for success. You will work closely with clients, helping them navigate HR and payroll solutions while fostering strong relationships.

The ideal candidate does not need prior experience; training will be provided. You will thrive in a metrics-driven call center environment and work collaboratively with internal teams, enhancing client satisfaction from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is not required; we will train you to be successful.
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients by creating exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP Technologies by analyzing existing systems and incorporating new processes.
• Partner Internally with ADP associates in sales and customer service.
• Multi-Task & Communicate by working on multiple time-sensitive projects.
• Answer calls from the queue and follow up on open items to ensure clients' needs are met.
